My Philosophy

As a holistic doula, I honor the mind-body connection and the innate wisdom of the birthing body. I’m here to hold space, provide education, and empower you to make informed choices that align with your intuition and your goals.

I believe birth is a human right and every mother deserves to feel safe, supported, and heard—whether you're planning a home birth, free birth, hospital birth, VBAC, cesarean, or navigating loss or fertility challenges. You are not alone, and your experience matters.

I bring a unique blend of somatic, energetic, and evidence-based tools to my work, including:

• Spinning Babies® Approach – to support optimal fetal positioning and ease in pregnancy and birth

• Certified Breech Release® Bodywork – a gentle, fascia-informed technique to support body balance and potentially encourage spontaneous breech rotation

• Full-Spectrum Support – inclusive care through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, abortion, miscarriage, and beyond

• Holistic Modalities – grounding practices, breathwork, rebozo techniques, and more to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing
